Dean Pax Lapid

Meet your corporate dad.
Acclaimed as one of the most celebrated professional speakers and business consultants in the country, Dean Pax specializes in strategic management, business development, enterprise creation and growth, financial wellness, and family corporation growth. He is the Dean of Entrepreneurship Circle of Bo Sanchez’s Truly Rich Club and a lead advocate of the Philippine Center for Entrepreneurship Foundation Inc. – Go Negosyo. He is also an adjunct faculty on Entrepreneurship at the Asian Institute of Management.
Frank is a graduate of B.S. Business Administration Major in Marketing Management from the University of Santo Tomas. Currently, he is the HR Director and part-owner for IT-SPAC.
Aside from the IT business, he is connected with COL Financial Philippines as an Independent Financial Adviser. He is also a Certified Securities Representative and a Certified Investment Solicitor.
Karen is the Technology Director of IT-SPAC and a Digital Marketing and Project Management Consultant for various institutions, including USAID and DTI.
Education and continuous improvement are a passion of hers, which is why Karen continuously creates and shares infographics plus research for her audience (both online and offline) to be cognizant of current and emerging digital marketing technologies, including social media, email, web and analytics, and marketing automation. She is highly proficient in translating research insights and BIG DATA into marketing and business strategy with a clear plan to achieve core brand and business goals, from raising awareness to shaping brand perception, creating engaged user bases, and catalyzing specific behavior.
